We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our mortgage loan team. The ideal candidate will provide essential clerical and administrative support, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced mortgage lending environment.
Greet clients and visitors; answer phones and direct calls to appropriate team members
Prepare, file, and organize loan documents and client records
Assist loan officers and processors with data entry, document tracking, and appointment scheduling
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
Create and format correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email communications
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
Provide general administrative support across departments as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
1-2 years of administrative or office support experience (mortgage industry a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with loan documentation and mortgage terms is a plus
